10am to midday and 1.30pm to 3.30pm (4 hours per day)

9.30am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 4pm (3 hours per day)

Times of courses spring (from the 13.3.23):
9.30am to 11.30am and midday to 1.30pm (3 1/2 hours per day)

Allocation to groups and meeting point:
15 minutes before at the bottom station of the Gschwandtkopf lift in Seefeld, next to the SPORT AKTIV board
