Ski course for children from 5 to 14 years of age
Our team of highly-qualified and multilingual children’s ski instructors will make sure that your kids have an amazing experience in Seefeld every day. We use cutting-edge resources and educational approaches to maximise the learning process, all while ensuring a fantastic time. Our core belief is that skiing and learning new skills should be a joyful experience for your children.
One of the most exciting parts of our Maxi ski course is the weekly children’s skiing competition that takes place every Friday.
Leave the worry of feeding your kids to us – our lunchtime supervision includes tasty meals and refreshing drinks.
Small groups:
- not more than 10 children in a group
Course start:
- Monday
Course times pre-season (16.12.24 - 20.12.24):
- 9:30 am - 12:30 pm (3 hours per day)
Course times season (23.12.24 - 10.01.25 & 03.02.25 - 07.02.25):
- 10 am - 12 noon + 1:30 pm - 3.30 pm (4 hours per day)
Course times mid-season 1 (20.01.25 - 31.01.25):
- 1 pm - 4 pm (3 hours per day)
Course times mid-season 2 (10.02.25 - 14.02.25):
- 9:30 am - 12:30 pm (3 hours per day)
Course times peak season (17.02.25 - 07.03.25):
- 9:30 am - 12:30 pm or 1 pm - 4 pm (3 hours per day)
Course times spring (10.03.25 - 14.03.25):
- 9:30 am - 12:30 pm (3 hours per day)
Group allocation and meeting point:
- Arrive 15 minutes early at the bottom station of the Gschwandtkopf lifts in Seefeld at the SPORT AKTIV children’s meeting point
Beginners (B):
- I’m a beginner and trying skiing for the very first time.
Beginners plus (BA+):
- I can do the snow plough with first turns and can stop independently in the beginners area.
Intermediate (IM):
- I’ve mastered the snowplough/stem turn and can confidently navigate safe turns; I feel comfortable on blue slopes.
Advanced (AD):
- I’m working on parallel turns, confidently navigating red slopes, and even taking on my first black slopes.
- ski equipment (skis, ski boots + poles)
- valid lift pass for the duration of the course
- winter attire suitable for the weather conditions
- gloves, helmet, sunglasses or ski goggles
- sun cream and lip balm
- pocket money and parents’ phone number
- advanced children must wear helmets
- being on time makes the ski lessons run smoothly
