The course tickets are personal and not transferrable. The customer voucher must be kept and presented in the event of any alteration to the length of the course. Purchased course vouchers will only be refunded in the event of accident or illness on presentation of a doctor’s certificate, and only the unused balance will be refunded. Ski School Sport Aktiv accepts no responsibility in the event of accidents. In the case of private lessons, cancellations can be made up to 6pm on the previous day without penalty. If the cancellation is made at a later time, the Ski School Sport Aktiv is entitled to charge the cost of the course as previously agreed. Lift tickets are not included in the cost of the course (except Mini courses).
